Stephanie

Senior Strata Manager & COO: LSMA and LREA

Stephanie is the Chief Operating Officer of Wollongong Strata and has been in the Strata Management industry for over 15 years and is a Class 2 Licenced Senior Strata Managing Agent and licenced Real Estate Agent. Stephanie has extensive experience managing all types of buildings including residential, commercial, industrial, BMC's and mixed-use schemes from 2 lots to 300 lots.



Stephanie currently manages a small portfolio while assisting with business development and overseeing other Strata Managers to ensure a professional service is provided to all our clients.

Shannan

Accounts Manager & CFO: LSMA

As the Chief Financial Officer of Wollongong Strata, Shannan is well equipped with experience and knowledge in various areas, including accounting, IT and problem solving.

Shannan oversees all of the day to day client trust accounts including liaising with external auditors and solicitors, assisting clients with queries and is responsible for the transition of all new accounts. Shannan holds a Class 2 Strata Managers Licence. Shannan is a fundamental part the Wollongong Strata team.

Jennifer

Strata Management: LSMA

Jennifer has been in the strata management industry for over 8 years and is a Class 2 licensed Senior Strata Manager, looking after residential and commercial / industrial schemes. Jennifer was awarded the 2022 NSW Strata Manager of the year and finalist 2023 Australasian Strata Manager by the Strata Community Association (SCA).

Jennifer previously comes from an extensive banking background of more than 20 years. Her passion has always been to provide exemplary customer service to her clients.

Christina

Admin & Fire Services Manager: RSMA

Christina brings a professional and organised approach to her role. She manages the administrative operations and coordinates fire compliance requirements, working closely with clients and contractors to ensure everything runs smoothly.

With a passion for learning, Christina remains dedicated to continually expanding her knowledge and expertise within the strata industry, having almost completed her licensing course, strengthening her ability to support the team and deliver a high standard of service to clients.

Patricia

Office Manager: LSMA

Patricia is currently working as an Office Manager. She keeps the office organised and running smoothly. She manages the office supplies, oversees policies and procedures for staff across the office, handles contractor invoices, levy enquiries, S184 and S22 certificates.

Patricia holds her Class 2 Strata Managers licence and a Bachelor of commerce majoring in accountancy. Patricia is truly an asset to Wollongong Strata and ensures all operations run smoothly.

Morgan

Strata Management: LSMA

Morgan is a Licensed Class 2 Licensed Strata Manager who began her career with Wollongong Strata as the receptionist and quickly found her passion for strata management. After completing her Certificate IV in Strata Community Management, she stepped into a managerial role and hasn't looked back.



She enjoys the balance of structure and variety that strata management offers, and takes pride in being approachable, detail-oriented, and dependable. With a naturally organised and proactive approach, Morgan is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service to every scheme she manages.

Elyce

Strata Management: LSMA

Elyce is a dedicated and ambitious Class 2 Licenced Strata Manager and a strong foundation in customer service and strata administration. Coming from a policing background, Elyce brings strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills to her role. She has a passion for professionalism and delivering exceptional service and is committed to supporting Owners Corporations and ensuring their strata communities are managed efficiently and effectively.



With a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in strata legislation, Elyce takes pride in ensuring compliance, accuracy and high standards across all aspects of strata management. Her commitment to excellence, proactive approach and ability to build positive relationships with Owners and committees make her a valuable member of the Wollongong Strata team.

Christie

Strata Management: RSMA

Christie is a proud local Wollongong woman with a big family and a strong passion for working with people.

Coming from a hospitality background, she has developed excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure and always go the extra mile for others.

Christie has recently obtained her Certificate IV in Strata Community Management and will soon be awarded her Class 2 Strata Managers Licence.

With a genuine understanding of the importance of community, Christie takes pride in building positive relationships, listening to Owners, and finding practical solutions.

Her friendly, down-to-earth approach ensures people feel heard, respected, and supported, while maintaining a high level of service.

Isabelle

Strata Management

Isabelle has over 8 years of customer service experience, therefore, it's only natural that she prides herself on her friendly, and empathetic approach to assisting clients.

She is dedicated to making every experience a positive one, with the belief that every question and concern is important.

Isabelle is currently undertaking her Certificate IV in strata management. She is passionate to learn more about the Strata industry, and is keen to assist, and learn from the strata managers around her.



With an ethos grounded in community and integrity, Isabelle is proud to work for an agency that matches her own personal values. As she learns from, and works for Wollongong Strata, she is eager to contribute to the growth, and out-standing reputation of the team..

Ceilidh

Strata Management Assistant: LSMA

Ceilidh is one of the first employees to work for Wollongong Strata. Starting as an administration assistant, she progressed through the organisation to become a Strata Manager, successfully obtaining her Class 2 Strata Managers Licence and managing her own portfolio for an extended period.

Ceilidh recently changed roles to be the assistant for the Strata Managers within the office. This role allows the flexibility for her to work part time after becoming a mum.

In addition to her new responsibilities, Ceilidh has played a key role in developing in-office procedures, as well as assisting and training team members, ensuring our owners corporations consistently receive the highest standard of service.

Kylie

Strata Management Assistant: LSMA

Kylie has been in the Strata Administration Industry for over 7 years. Kylie has worked in all aspects of administration from reception to compliance and fire servicing. Kylie is dedicated to assisting the Strata Managers with their tasks such as Meeting notices, Minutes and letters. Kylie holds a Class 2 Strata Managers Licence.

When she's not in the office, she spends her time with her family including three young children and as a registered marriage celebrant she spends weekends officiating weddings.

Melissa

Reception/Strata Admin

Melissa has just joined the team at Wollongong Strata as a Strata Management Assistant and receptionist. Melissa specialises in a high level of customer service with an eye for planning and co-ordination. Melissa is a dedicated and caring person with a background in hospitality, aged and childcare. Melissa prides herself on her empathetic nature which aligns with Wollongong Strata's core values. Melissa is undergoing her certificate 1V in Strata and Community Management to broaden her knowledge and assist our clients as their first contact at our office.
